As a second generation Realtor ® specializing in fine resort area properties for the past 18 years, Steve has been intently focused on the goals of clients selling or purchasing their second and third homes, as well as those purchasing or selling their primary residence.

Before arriving in Boca Raton, Steve’s extensive and fully integrated real estate career began in Clearwater, FL as a mortgage finance professional in 1985, after first obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Management/Finance. After becoming a licensed mortgage broker in 1986 and subsequently the owner of a mortgage brokerage entity in 1994 (NMLS #1321), Steve quickly developed a special focus on selling and financing high-value properties in resort areas, including the vibrant coastal communities on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.
